If I buy ProPenny, do I also need to buy a phpPennyAuction package?
No, you do not. You only need to buy a package from ProPenny.com.

How do I get started?
You can purchase through our website right now, using a credit/debit card through 2Checkout, PayPal or Wire Transfer. Please contact us for other payment options.

Can I split payments?
In some cases, yes. Please contact us for information.

Are your prices one-off, annual, etc?
All of the prices listed on the ProPenny.com website are billed as a one-off. However, please remember that hosting is included for the first year only, and it is your responsibility to renew it, should you wish, after the first year.

What choice of plugins do I get with your Enterprise package?
You are allowed any of the Plugins we list at http://www.phppennyauction.com/plugins/ absolutely free.

What is your hourly fee for ongoing customization work?
Our fee is $50/hour. We can sometimes arrange discounts for larger projects.

Who is behind ProPenny?
ProPenny is a project created by Scriptmatix Ltd, developers of the phpPennyAuction penny auction script – the world’s most used penny auction software today (as of October 2011).
